1. General
This purchase is regulated by the standard sales conditions for consumer purchases of goods over the internet. Consumer purchases over the internet are mainly regulated by the Contracts Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Marketing Act, the Right of Cancellation Act and the E-commerce Act. 2. Agreement and conclusion of agreement
The most important thing for us is that you as a buyer are satisfied with the product, information and overall experience when you visit our online store. By placing an order on duke-duchess.no, the agreement is considered approved, which means that you accept our terms of sale. The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer has sent his order to the seller.

The agreement is nevertheless not binding if there has been a typing or typing error in the offer from the seller in the ordering solution in the online store or in the buyer's order, and the other party realized or should have realized that there was such an error.

4. Price
The stated prices for goods and services are the total price in NOK including VAT. Shipping costs may be incurred in accordance with the shipping terms and various payment fees linked to certain payment methods. The total cost will clearly appear in the order and contain the total cost.

5. Purchase and order
When ordering goods through our online store, you will receive a written order confirmation via SMS or email, and only when the order has been confirmed is the purchase agreement considered confirmed.

It is important that you check the information and ensure that all the information in the order confirmation matches the order that has been placed. Should any deviations occur, it is important that you notify us immediately.

We continuously work to offer clear and correct content, which matches the products we deliver. However, we reserve the right that typographical errors may occur, and with that we cannot deliver according to the information provided. Should a product be out of stock, Duke & Duchess may cancel the order. If this should happen, you will receive a written notification together with information about what we can alternatively offer, after which the buyer can accept or cancel the new offer.

6. The payment
We offer safe and secure payment via Vipps, Klarna, Visa and Mastercard.

The payment options you can choose from are direct payment, card payment, invoice payment and partial payment.

The seller can demand payment for the item from the time the item is sent from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer uses a credit card for payment, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card is charged on the same day the item is sent.

For invoice payment, down payment and partial payment, Klarna's payment terms apply.

When paying by invoice, the invoice is issued when the item is dispatched. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice and is a minimum of 14 days from the day it is received.

We do not accept purchases made by persons under the age of 18, unless this has been approved and documented by a guardian.

7. Pick up in store
When purchasing products in our online store, you can always choose to pick up the item in store completely free of charge. When you choose "Collect in store", you will receive an SMS or email with instructions and a collection code. You must identify yourself when handing over the item(s).

The item(s) must be collected within 14 days, otherwise the seller will be able to cancel the purchase. Unclaimed packages may be charged a fee.

8. Shipping and delivery
We deliver goods to the whole of Norway and you can choose between several shipping methods when you place an order with us. All orders made with us are delivered to you via Bring.

In the order confirmation sent to you by e-mail, you will find information and a tracking number, so you can easily follow your package on its way from us. A collection notification will be sent to you when the package has arrived at the selected delivery location.

Delivery has taken place when the buyer, or his representative, has taken over the goods.

Delivery time is normally 1-6 working days from when the order has been received and processed.

Should conditions arise that affect the delivery time, we will inform you of this by e-mail as soon as we are aware of the situation.

9. Examination of the goods
We always do the best we can, but sometimes mistakes appear.

When you receive the item(s), you should check as soon as possible that the item(s) correspond to the expectations and the information in the order placed. Should there be a fault with the item(s) or if there are signs of damage during transport, it is important that you document this in writing, attach photos and notify us in writing at post@duke-duchess.no


10. The risk of the goods

The risk for the item(s) passes to the buyer when he, or the buyer's representative, has received the items. Should the buyer wish to return the item(s), the buyer will be responsible for the product and the risk until it is returned to us.


11. Right of withdrawal and return
Unless the agreement is exempt from the right of cancellation, the buyer can cancel the purchase of the goods in accordance with the Right of Cancellation Act. According to the Right of Cancellation Act, you have 14 days right of cancellation from the day you received the item. We offer an extended right of withdrawal and with that we offer you a 30-day open purchase.

The withdrawal period is deemed to have been met if notification is sent before the end of the period. The buyer has the burden of proof that the right of withdrawal has been exercised, and the notification should therefore be made in writing via e-mail or right of withdrawal form.

When using the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the notification of the use of the right of withdrawal being given. The buyer covers the direct costs of returning the item.

A digital right of withdrawal form is included with the order. Contact us if you need assistance with returning your order to us.

We do not accept returns of opened packages of dog food or skin or fur care products where the seal has been broken. Exceptionally if there are significant deviations or errors with the product. The item(s) must be returned with tags and original packaging


12. Complaint
In accordance with the Right of Cancellation Act, you have a 14-day right of cancellation from when you have received the item. Unless otherwise agreed, the cancellation period and the option to return and exchange the item expires after 14 days.

Complaints must be made in writing by filling in our right of withdrawal form, where the basis for the complaint is clearly stated and sending this by e-mail to post@duke-duchess.no . It would be nice if this could also be documented with attached photos, that way it would be easy and less time-consuming to process the complaint.


13. Refund

Refunds are made automatically through the payment solution you use when ordering, via Vipps, Klarna or Visa.

It normally takes between 3-7 working days before the money is refunded or deducted from your invoice or account, possibly cancelled. When returning goods, the return amount will not be refunded, deducted from your invoice or account.

You are responsible for the products until the return is registered and received by us.

17. Conflict resolution
